Ayurveda Yoga LLC was found on the premise that Holistic Health, Ayurvedic Diet Plans, Ayurvedic Body Constitution analysis and Ayurvedic Therapies and Learning Ayurveda should be affordable and available easily.
Ayurvedayogatraining.com was founded by Manjulali aka Monica Bhatia, Ph.D (Alt. Med. specializing in integrated Ayurveda). Monica is a daughter or renowed astrologer in India and from childhood has been exposed to Vedanta, Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedic Astrology.
Monica has assisted Dr. Raj Baldev in research for Auto Immune diseases.
Although Monica has a degree in Curriculum Design and Teaching Technologies, and worked as a team builder and trainer for Fortune 500 organizations like Microsoft, IBM, Cisco and hp in India, she discovered that her background in meditation, yoga and Ayurveda helped her and her ‘trainees’ and made them more productive.
Monica became Manjulali in 1997 after taking initiation from Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayan Maharaj and started following strictly a vegetarian diet, Yoga and Meditation sadhana as well as Ayurveda. This is where she met her husband, Pt. Atul Krishna Das.
In 2006, after her son was a year old, Monica took the plunge and began formal training in Ayurveda, and studied different meditation techniques.
Pt. Atul Krishna Das is a Sanskrit Pundit, a lifelong student of Vedanta and Vaisnava Philosophy, a Cook, a musician, An ayurvedic practitioner and a Bhakti Philosopher. And, he has a full time job as an Senior Software Engineer in San Diego.
Dr. Parmela Sawhney, M.D. as well as vaidyas from India are also part of San Diego College of Ayurveda and Ayurveda Yoga llc.
San Diego College of Ayurveda provides seminars, online workshops, distant learning in Ayurveda.
We also provide consultation and Ayurvedic Treatment at an affordable price.
However, there are other holistic health and alternative practitioners that are part of the group as consultants and blog writers.
We have teamed up with Florida Vedic College to provide Associate Degrees in Ayurveda.
We also offer Ayurvedic Workshops and Training.
