thank you, this one help me alot.
Ayurveda has a holistic approach to weight loss. Ayurvedic principles are very easy to understand: Treat the person as a Whole, at the Body & Mind level. When the Body & Mind are in a healthy state, the body as whole is considered to be ‘in tune with Nature. Weight gain is viewed as body being ‘out of tune’ with Nature. With many causes underlying the symptoms, aim of Ayurvedic treatments for weight loss is to address the root causes for weight gain and hence treating the person as a whole.
Ayurveda is an ancient philosophy. It views every individual as unique signature on earth. All ayurvedic treatmenets are uniquely tailored for each individual as per their physical strength, age, body type, ability to digest food…..etc. – Nina, Ayurvedic Practititioner
