Cancellation Policy

All Groupon Deals are applicable Monday to Friday during our working hours. Please consider this before buying the groupon deal.

We are not open on Sundays.

We have an online scheduling system. Please book the appointments online, as it gives you the flexibility of rescheduling your appointment and send you reminders, as well as add on your calender.

Due to HIGH VOLUME of groupons sold, all appointments are being given either through online scheduling system or email temporarily till April 24th 2013. Any inconvenience is regretted and we thank you for your consideration in advance.

If you are unable to get the required time online--please contact us for Saturdays*.

CANCELLATION

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment through phone or email.

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

REFUNDS

Refunds are given only for full price payment that was unused. No refunds for special and promotional price, or, 50% off prices with expiration date.

If a client buys a special pre paid package which is reduced or promotional price it expires within 3, 5 or 12 months.***

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. So, PLEASE inform us by email.

Due to high volume of calls we may not be able to answer your calls immediately. Rescheduling an appointment may be done online prior to 24 hours. Cancellations may be done online through our scheduler, or by mailing info@ayurveda-california.org.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Gift cards or Coupons

If you have a Google Offer, or, Groupon, these are applicable Monday through Friday only. All appointments after the expiration of the 'promotional rate will revert back to normal price. For example, in your voucher if the Groupon Deal expires on April 10th 2013, and, you make an appointment on May 1st -- then, the promotional rate will be pro rated for reduced duration**.

*(Promotional rates do not apply on saturdays. If you have a coupon, or a gift card at a promotional rate a surcharge will be added)

**All special price packages carry an expiration date. All prices revert back to normal pro rated amounts after the expiration date. Or, pro rated for reduced duration.
